MuseDAM uses a modern three-panel layout designed to make digital asset management intuitive and efficient. The interface is organized into three core areas — a left navigation panel, a top toolbar, and a main content area — giving you everything you need to browse, search, manage, and act on your assets without friction.

Click the sidebar to open detailed information for the current folder or selected asset, and access options for sharing, downloading, and editing.

Check your browser zoom level — 100% is recommended for the best experience. Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page. If the issue persists, try Chrome.
Refresh the page to update the count. Also check whether your account has permission to view all subfolders — restricted access can affect what's included in the total.
Confirm your current account's permission level. If you believe you should have access, contact your workspace admin to review your permissions.
Review your active filter conditions — they may be narrowing the results too aggressively. Double-check your search keyword spelling, and try using the AI Smart Search feature for more flexible, semantic matching.
