Common errors and remedies

API authentication errors

Troubleshooting sequence

  1. Check the HTTP status, business code, and message. Save the traceId.
  2. Verify the hostname, HTTP method, request body type, and key permissions.
  3. Check that the resource belongs to the current organization and the required product capability is enabled.
  4. Use bounded retries for temporary system failures. Fix parameter or permission errors before retrying.

Original examples use success codes such as 0, "0", and "200". Confirm the success condition for each endpoint; HTTP 200 alone does not guarantee business success.
